The 2026 Quilt Show is Announced
Mark your calendars — our 2026 Quilt Show is officially scheduled for May 8th and 9th!
We’re especially excited to announce a NEW LOCATION this year: the Sports Basement, located at 2100 N. Bellflower Blvd, Long Beach. This fantastic venue offers us the unique opportunity to spread out across an entire floor of what was once a Sears store — plenty of room to showcase all the creativity and craftsmanship of our quilting community!
Presidents' Ramblings
Wow—wasn’t Jeff Warner’s passion for quilting (and especially bargello!) absolutely contagious? He took us along on his creative journey and gave us a glimpse into how those stunning bargello quilts come to life.
Our 2026 Quilt Show will be here before we know it, and the Quilt Show Committee is already hard at work making it the best one yet. You can be part of the excitement too! If you’re not on a committee, there are still plenty of ways to help—spread the word to members of other guilds, chat it up with friends (even those who don’t quilt yet!), and invite them to attend the show. You never know—our show might just ignite a brand-new passion for quilting. Need flyers to share? Peggy has you covered. You can make arrangements with her to deliver them to you.

Spring has officially arrived (even if it feels more like summer out there!). For our next meeting, we’d love to see your Spring, Easter, or Passover-themed quilts—so bring them along and don’t forget to dress up your tables too.
